Freshface Artist of the Millenium.. Wino Strut ....Goes solo Aug 12.
Venice-based artist David Phillips has made quite a lot of noise, and no ..we're not talking about the late barking that can be heard coming from his studio, or the sound of his air horn that he squeezes like 50 cents' 9mm on New Years Eve..... We're talking about noize of the painting type.. In the past year,he has been featured in Forth Magazine, LA Times, 17 Magazine, and on CBS.
